- Hold the Date: Your wedding date is like that perfect spot on the beach...it gets taken fast! To save your spot please get a deposit down asap as we book on a first-come first-serve basis. This deposit doubles up as payment for your preview, so it's a win-win.
Before we start booking the Preview the deposit must be made
- Cancellation Grace: Change of plans? No worries! Your booking deposit is refundable if you cancel before the preview, but make sure it's at least 6 weeks before your event. Otherwise, it's non-refundable.
- Moving Forward: Loved the preview? Awesome! To lock in our glam squad, a 25% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are due post-preview.
- Final Payment: Final balance for the wedding day services rolls in seven days before the event. Its is too crazy to collect on the day of. Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card - pick your groove. Collect payments from your squad, and we'll take ONE form of payment from you for the entire party
- In Demand: Please sign that contract within 72 hours after the preview. Otherwise, the date goes back on the market. If you come back later, no worries, as long as your date is free.
- No Friday Fun: Sorry, no Friday or weekend previews. We reserve those days for the real deal. Hope you understand!
- Preview to Please: Your booking deposit holds the date for you and your crew until the preview. After the preview, it officially becomes payment for the preview. and a signed contract with a 25% non refundable deposit serves to secure the wedding day.
- Unhappy Preview? Talk to Us: Not vibing with the preview? Let's chat then. Please feel comfortable telling us at the time of the preview so we can make any changes then. Another preview comes with a price tag. Once the preview's done, no refunds, please.
- Minimum Magic: For the wedding day, we've got a $400 minimum to book a lead artist on weekends. If you'd like to book an assistant artist to help with a bridal party, we require a 4 service minimum for that artist. For instance you must have at least 7 services booked for two artists. Need more artists? Each needs a 4 service minimum.
- Location Matters: Previews stay put in our San Juan Capistrano studio. But on the wedding day, we're coming to you! Just note, a travel fee kicks in if it's outside Orange County.
- Extras and Expenses: Parking fees are on you, and if there's valet, we hope it's minimal. No blowouts, and we need hair dry, please! There is an add-on cost if your bridesmaids want us to clip in their extensions
- Pay Your Way: Cash, credit cards, Zelle, or Venmo - choose your weapon. However we collect ONE FINAL payment from the bride or hiring client one week prior to the wedding day. It's too hectic and stressful to collect on the big day or to track payments from numerous bridal party members. Hope you understand
